Tories Support of Wall Street

In a world of never ending double-speak, it becomes increasingly hard to distinguish the difference between promise and intent. We do know that in the end actions and or inaction define the difference between liars and honorable men.

Canadians seriously need to look at the actions of both the Conservative Government in Canada, and the actions or inaction on the part of the Prime Minister.

Recently there was a news article in circulation in regards to Canada ignoring its responsibility to the injuries suffered by our soldiers in both Afghanistan and the Gulf War.

Ironically, “Permanently Injured Workers” and or “Canadian Armed Forces” have something in common, both have served our country, both were permanently injured in line of duty, and both are now deemed to have no more commercial value, therefore no funds beyond that of retaining governments image of “appearing” to look after them is the action plan of the day.

Canadians today live in an incredibility make believe world, where we pretend to care about or veterans, we pretend to care about the elderly, we pretend to care about our handicapped citizens, however in actual application we show by our deeds that in fact we have a sector of society that is Wall Street waste products.

Our veterans did us proud in WWII, and continue today to do us proud to fight for a democracy that our “press” eagerly handed over to Wall Street for a quick pocket fix.

How is it possible that when you have a number one complaint namely “WCB” that every day the press pretends the number one issue is something else?

We have laws that look like they protect injured workers, where in actual application they are proven to be laws protecting government (employers) from injured workers. Likewise our Governments both Federal and Provincial are so afraid of what the bullies of Wall Street will do if anything is done to insure injured workers get the compensation they were promised under the original legislation.

In order to keep Wall Street happy, you cannot have an increase in costs of Workers Compensation rates, or all industry will opt to leave Canada. It is called “Economic Extortion” and our spineless politicians have chosen to profit from it, rather than stand strong to morals and ethics.

This is the “Dark Secret” that our governments never dare to address, namely to what degree is all government legislation affected by economic extortion. It is not inconceivable that many politicians are also frightened to death in regards to standing up with honor for truth and a truly democratic and free Canada.

Silence and inaction are the key indicators that we are living in a Wall Street owned world, and unless you have economic value, you are disposable.

Oh believe me when I say, for God sake prove me wrong! Prove by way of action, that you are willing to uphold the commitments made to all permanently injured workers or soldiers. Prove you have the guts to stand up to American institutions by returning Canada to the home of the free.

Think about it next time you stand up in parliament and sing, do you really dare to act in accordance with our national anthem, or will you be a coward and look the other way? Do you mumble along with our national anthem or do you sing it like you mean it?

O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!

From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
