What are Unions doing (or not doing) to Represent the plight of Injured Workers (IWs)? What does Federal and Provincial "labour legislation" indicate the unions' responsibility is in regard to representing IWs in their plight with the WCBs? also see CoC 5(L).

Taking WCB Abuses to United Nations HRC
Nation Registry where by we can document the abuse put upon injured employees in this country. By compling a log of this type of evidence from right across Canada, we would have collected enough proof that even our courts are seeing these 'Human Rights Abuses" in this system, maybe then we could appeal to the United Nation Human Rights Commission for a ruling.

WCB SUICIDES
Please report any known suicides and as much detail about the location and relationship with WCB. Please be careful in regards to using names ! Leave your email address so we can confirm it without posting the name publicly. This would seriously hurt the families involved. We will post results from province to province.
